Go Deeper with Me

I heard the Lord say, “Tell My people, I am coming back! I am coming back to those who want Me to come back, those who are eagerly awaiting My arrival, those who have their lamps burning, not just lit, but BURNING. They are on fire for Me. They can’t get enough of Me. Times will come when you ask yourself, ‘Am I close to God?’. If that question arises, that is Me hinting at you that you aren’t close enough.

Keep your eyes open to Me. I am working. I am working in your lives. I am telling you which way to go. Now follow me. Don’t let your eyes wander on other things that take you away from Me. Things that seem harmless, but steal away time I want to spend with you.

Prayer is important in these times. I need prayer people, prayer soldiers, and a prayer army. My people, lift your hands to Me and sing praise that I have not rebuked you off this earth. Lift you hands in praise that I have had endless mercy on you. I am not here to condemn you, but to convict you, for I love you and I want you to love me in the same way. Pray for your nation. Pray for the children. Pray for the mothers. Pray for the fathers. Pray a prayer of surrender over your cities and states.

Rejoice that I am good. Rejoice that I am God. Give me a reason to sing, because my people have repented and turned to Me. Capital punishment is no longer a place holder for wrongdoings. I am the judge. “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.” (Romans 12:17-19)

Keep your heads up, your shoulders back, and be blameless in the sight of your Lord. “Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky, as you hold firmly to the word of life.” (Philippians 2:14-16).”

Then I began to hear the Jeremy Camp song play,
“There will be a day when the burdens of this place will be no more. We'll see Jesus face to face, But until that day, We'll hold on to You always”

Then God said to me, “Don’t forget about the ‘but’. The time is coming when you are to be with Me forever in perfect serenity, but you must hold onto Me, My word, and do My will in this age now. Let My words catapult you into a deeper relationship and deeper understanding of Me. Go deep with Me. I know the depths of your heart. Do you know the depths of mine? Let Me in. Don’t just open a crack for Me to squeeze in, but open the floodgates for Me to fully encompass you with My grace, mercy and compassion for you. I can’t give you these things until you fully surrender to Me. “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." (Jeremiah 17:7-8)
